> Horizon Scales builds websites, runs Google and Meta ads, and sets up AI receptionists for local service businesses, sold separately or as one managed system. Based in Boise, Idaho, working with service businesses across the United States. Opening to clients in spring 2027.

Horizon Scales is a small agency for service businesses that live on the phone and the calendar: landscapers, hardscapers, painters, roofers, HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors, gyms, detailers, cleaning services, cafes, retail shops, and salons. Every plan is month-to-month, clients own their ad accounts, website, and data, and any package that includes ads comes with a qualified-lead guarantee.

- Ads management: $1,250/month for one platform (Google or Meta), $1,750/month for both. Landing page and website care included. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta.
- AI receptionist added to ads: +$250/month Base ($150 setup) or +$500/month Expanded ($250 setup). On its own: $500/month Base or $750/month Expanded.
- Websites on their own: landing page $500 plus $50/month care; multipage $750 plus $100/month care.

## Lead Guarantee

- [Guarantee terms](https://horizonscales.com/#guarantee): For any package that includes ads, the first 30 days of live ads carry no management fee for the whole package. Before launch, Horizon Scales and the client agree in writing on a qualified-lead target. If it isn't reached in 30 days, management stays free until it is. A qualified lead is a real person in the client's service area asking about a service they offer, with working contact info. Horizon Scales does not promise sales or revenue.
